From browse to booked to done
Six honest steps — no charge until you confirm the work.
Browse verified pros
Sign in to the Servana app and browse real approved providers, filtered by one of 12 live categories. Filter by price, rating, online status, and distance.
Add a payment card
Add a default card (via Stripe) — required before you can book.
Book a price or request a quote
Book a priced service directly, or request a quote for jobs that need pricing. A provider prices the quote; you accept it and book within the acceptance window.
A hold is placed
When you book, Servana authorizes a hold on your card for the exact service price or quote total — never an amount you didn't agree to.
Your pro schedules and works
The assigned pro confirms a time, can check in and out with GPS at the job site, and marks the work complete.
You confirm, then you pay
You verify the job is done in the app — that's the moment your card is actually charged. If you cancel, Servana releases the hold or captures only an agreed retention amount.
Payment protection
Why you're in control of payment
Most platforms charge you up front. Servana authorizes a hold when you book and captures it only after you confirm the work — so you're never paying for a job that isn't done. Payments are processed by Stripe and stay inside the app.
